DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Public Art Saint Paul and the MWMO\, MWMO Artist-in-Residence Sarah Nassif invites you to Watershed Moment\, part of the WAKPA Triennial Art Festival\, on July 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. Participants of all ages will have the opportunity to learn indigo fiber art techniques and work together to craft a map of the MWMO watershed using indigo-dyed wool roving and fleece. \nThe event\, part of Nassif’s ongoing Weaving Water project\, will also feature tours of the MWMO’s Stormwater Park and Learning Center.
