For this year's annual Water Connects Us fundraising event, Freshwater is thrilled to present the Minnesota Weatherguide 50th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, October 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the CLA Connection Center in Eagan!
Join Freshwater and KARE 11 Chief Meteorologist Belinda Jensen as we recognize key Weatherguide contributors and partners while enjoying an inside look at how Minnesota's favorite calendar and almanac has evolved and flourished over the past half-century.
Event Schedule
- 10:00-10:30am: Arrival and check in
- 10:45-10.50am: Welcome and opening remarks by Executive Director Michelle Stockness
- 11:15am-12:00pm: Program hosted by Belinda Jensen from KARE11
- 12:00pm-1:00pm: Networking hour over lunch (food provided)
*Breakout Rooms 1 & 2 are open between 12 and 1 pm for a self-guided walk through a display of all 50 years of the Weatherguide.
