Dodge Soil and Water Conservation District
County: Dodge
The mission of the Dodge Soil and Water Conservation District is to provide leadership in natural resource protection through promotion and implementation of soil and water’s best management practices.
Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District
County: Fillmore
The mission of the Fillmore SWCD is to promote natural resource stewardship by providing educational, technical and financial assistance.
Freeborn Soil and Water Conservation District
County: Freeborn
Freeborn SWCD strives to create an awareness of the need for conservation practices to help protect our resources. We provide technical assistance and cost share assistance (when available) to apply Best Management Practices.
Goodhue County Soil and Water Conservation District

The Goodhue SWCD serves as a link between local, state and federal government resource agencies and the local land users. We promote wise stewardship of natural resources and the adoption of best management practices that reduce soil erosion and protect surface and ground water quality.
Root River Soil and Water Conservation District

The Root River Soil and Water Conservation District’s purpose is to provide assistance to cooperators in managing the natural resources on their land. In addition the district will continue to educate people on local conservation issues and concerns, in order to fortify and perpetuate the conservation movement.

Mower Soil and Water Conservation District

The Mower County SWCD’s mission is to coordinate and implement conservation projects, and to serve as a leader for natural resource issues.
Olmsted Soil and Water Conservation District
County: Olmsted
The Mission of the Olmsted SWCD is to promote more sustainable resources utilization and protection of natural resources in the County. The District assists farmers, communities, watershed planners and landowners in developing and implementing conservation and resource management systems and practices.

Cannon River Watershed Partnership’s (CRWP) mission is to engage people in protecting and improving the water quality and natural systems of the Cannon River watershed. CRWP’s envisions a healthy watershed with clean water that is fishable, swimmable, and drinkable.
Rice Soil and Water Conservation District

The Rice Soil and Water Conservation District’s mission is to assist local land users in the management and conservation of soil and water resources by means of educational, financial and technical assistance.
