This year’s Summit, sponsored by the Minnesota Division of the Izaak Walton League, will be Saturday, Feb. 23, at Normandale Community College in Bloomington.
The theme is Watershed-Water Management Solutions: Policy to Action.
Scheduled speakers include: Minnesota Agriculture Commissioner Dave Frederickson; John Linc Stine, commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; and Perry Jones, the U.S. Geological Survey hydrologist who led research on the huge decline in White Bear Lake’s water level.
