Join us for the return of the Big Island and Back winter event!
On Sunday, Feb. 6, we return to the traditional winter course on Lake Minnetonka. Cross country ski (classic or skate), snowshoe or bike the groomed course from Excelsior Beach around Big Island and back. Then join us at Excelsior Brewing Company for the famous after party featuring live music, Joey Nova’s Pizza and door prizes from local merchants.
Water Connects Us is a live virtual fundraising benefit charged with raising the financial resources our work for water requires. Join us as sponsors, donors, and community members from across the state come together to celebrate Minnesota's incredible water heritage and the role we each play in protecting it.

Tune up your canoe, kayak, or paddleboard and head on over to Excelsior on Saturday, Aug. 13, for a friendly race out around Big Island and back. We start near the swim area at Excelsior Beach Park. Our goal is to get paddlers of all ages and skill levels out on Lake Minnetonka for a great community summer event and raise money for a couple of worthy causes.
