World Savvy, a nonprofit educational organization, is offering a teachers’ workshop on the global water crisis in connection with this year’s World Affairs Challenge on water, a competition for middle- and high school students to be held next spring at Macalester College in St. Paul. The Dec. 5 workshop is open to educators in any subject matter who are interested integrating contemporary water issues into their curriculum, but it will be geared toward 6-12th grade educators.
