Becker Soil and Water Conservation District
The mission of the Becker SWCD is to develop and promote long range programs that satisfy the conservation needs of the people of the District. Programs include an emphasis on wind and water erosion and protection practices.

Norman County Soil and Water Conservation District

East Polk County Soil and Water Conservation
The purpose of the District is to assist landowners in applying proper practices for the conservation of soil erosion, land resource planning and development, reduction of siltation, and flood prevention. Also included is the conservation development, utilization and management of the waters of the state, preserving natural areas and the fish and wildlife which inhabit them. The Districts also have the authority to guide and assist in the wise use of public lands.
West Polk County Soil and Water Conservation
The mission of the West Polk Soil and Water Conservation District is to assist the citizens of western Polk County in accordance with Minnesota Statue, Chapter 103, concerning the preservation and protection of our soil and water resources, thereby ensuring the quality of the environmantal and economic base of the County.

River Watch Citizen Monitoring Program – Red River Watershed Management Board
River Watch is citizen stream monitoring program that uses schools and other groups to collect stream water quality monitoring data. Eight watershed districts within the Red River Valley form the RRWMB including the Joe River, Two Rivers, Roseau River, Middle-Snake-Tamarac Rivers, Red Lake, Sand Hill River, Wild Rice, and Bois de Sioux.
