MPR explores raising the price of water

Minnesota Public Radio is in the midst of a time-to-time series of reports on groundwater sustainability in Minnesota. Check out the coverage on the station’s web site. The latest report is a blog answering people’s questions about water, in this case whether raising the cost of water would inspire conservation. Responses are published from state Rep. Jean Wagenius; Clayton Eckles, Woodbury’s director of engineering and public works; and Pat Sweeney, the Freshwater Society’s research and communications director.
